First batch complete — and gone
Our first commercial batch is finished, bottled, and already spoken for. The response was faster than we expected: the Rosh Hashana special release sold out within days, with home bakers, pastry chefs, and friends-of-friends all reaching for the same thing — real vanilla that tastes like vanilla.
We started כרם שחור to bring the price of quality extract down in Israel, but watching this first run disappear confirmed something else: people here are hungry for the real product, not a synthetic substitute dressed up in a pretty label.
If you missed the Rosh Hashana release, do not worry. The next batch is already steeping, and we are scaling up so the next restock stays on the shelf longer than a few days.
